1. Build base with HR controlled sessions.
2. Test aerobic fitness on a standardised test (Tacx Basic indoor
trainer).
3. Reduce calorie intake slightly to reduce body fat (1.5kg).

Aerobic results from indoors are a good indicator of outdoor
fitness.
2. Building a base correctly means you see improvements in fitness.
3. A Heart Rate Monitor and Indoor trainer are essential tools.
