Our Returns Policy

Any product(s) not producing the desired effect can be returned for a full refund.

Return postage must be paid by the customer for return of goods
A full refund for the faulty product cost (excluding customers postage incurred) will be provided.

Returns must be posted (with SAE for cheque) to:
Joe Beer, 12 South Lea, Braunton, Devon, EX33 2HN
On receipt of unwanted goods a refund cheque will be posted to the customer.

This does not affect your existing statutory rights.
