is a research proven way to correctly hydrate.
It is based around recent changes in sports drink advice.
We hope this helps you
to:
1. Reduce fatigue caused by day to day dehydration.
2. Maximise training session gains.
3. Increase race day performance.
4. Accelerate hydration after training.
You must try all products you intend to use for racing in training sessions.
Values are approximate and should be tested several times to personalise
you hydration regime to the session, weather and products you are using.
Water is not an effective rehydrator and sports drinks that include
sodium are advised. e.g. SiS Go, Agisko, Cytomax, High Five Electrolyte,
PowerBar.
