Latest Research
has shown Sodium Phosphate loading to have the following effects
:
1. Up to 5-18% (3 to 10ml.kg) increase in VO2max.
2. Up to 17% increase in maximal cycling power.
3. Around 5 to 8% increase in average cycling power.
